LMNT Zero-Sugar Electrolytes

The salty-sweet balance is spot on, and it dissolves without that chalky grit I’ve dealt with in other mixes. I’ve been using it after long bike rides and it’s genuinely helped with cramps, even though I’m not strictly low-carb.

I’ve been on keto for a while and this is the first electrolyte mix that doesn’t leave that weird artificial aftertaste—it dissolves clean in cold water. Just one packet before my morning ride and I don’t get those midday headaches anymore.

The saltiness is just right—not overpowering like some mixes I’ve tried—and it dissolves cleanly in water without that gritty residue. I’ve been reaching for it after my morning workouts and on long hikes, and it genuinely keeps me feeling steady without any sugar crash.
