I was skeptical about electrolyte powders until I tried these—the zero-sugar formula leaves no weird aftertaste, and the single-serving packets dissolve completely in my water bottle. I’ve been using them on my morning runs and feel noticeably less wiped out afterward.
The 32-box case is a solid deal for someone like me who goes through a pack daily, and I love that there’s zero sugar but still that salty kick that actually makes me feel rehydrated after a long run. My only tiny gripe is the first sip tastes a bit flat, but it grows on you fast.
I’ve been cycling through these packs for a few weeks now, and the fact that there’s zero sugar but still a solid salt kick makes them my go-to after long runs. The case of 32 boxes means I’m set for months, which is honestly the best part for the price.
