LMNT Variety Pack

The salty-sweet balance is spot on, and I love that it fits my keto lifestyle without any weird aftertaste. Mixed a packet into my water bottle before a long hike and felt noticeably more hydrated than with plain water.

I’ve tried a bunch of electrolyte mixes, but this one actually delivers on the keto-friendly promise without any weird aftertaste. The variety pack means I can switch flavors daily, and the single-serving packets are perfect for tossing in my gym bag.

The saltiness is spot-on for my keto days—no sugar crash, just clean energy that lasts through my afternoon workout. I've tried other mixes that taste like chalk, but this one dissolves completely and doesn't leave that gritty feeling.
