The salt level is exactly what I needed after a long run in the heat, and the 16oz can is just right for a full rehydration session. The fizz lasts till the last sip, which keeps me reaching for it instead of plain water. Slightly pricey per can, but worth it for how effective it feels.
The fizz is just right and the extra salt actually hits the spot after a sweaty workout. I like that I can grab one from the fridge instead of mixing powder, since it saves me time but still gives me that same hydration boost.
I’ve been reaching for these on long bike rides, and the extra salt actually hits the spot when I’m sweating buckets. The sparkle keeps it from feeling like a chore to drink, and the 16oz size is perfect for tossing in my bag without finishing too fast.
